Bella Capelli Academy Robinson, A Paul Mitchell Partner School

This was my first time at this Paul Mitchell school. Besides phenomenal pricing the environment is very professional. Staff is amazing. I came in for full long hair color, deep conditioning and hair trim. My student, Claudia, was skillful and friendly. She will be (and already is) an outstanding Stylist. The result is so stunning that I would give 10 Stars if I could! Thank you all... I will be back.

Taylor DiMarzio did my first European facial. It felt so amazing. My skin felt so good and soft. It was a relaxing and great experience!

Roots were not correctly done. Gray hair patches all over. Need them to redo it plus hair was not dry when they spent an hour trying to dry it my head was still wet all over. Stylist student only dried the ends

First off I must say that my color was exactly correct & the stylist did a very thorough and careful job. That being said, my haircut was just ok. I only asked for a trim off the ends & much more came off. The blow out was more curled than anything & very flat. I really thought there would be more instructor overview while I was in the chair. The teacher only came over once to make sure it was the correct color. I feel these students need more direction throughout the process. Also, every student was wearing whatever they wanted & I think they should be wearing the same thing, like a Bella Capelli shirt or sweat shirt with black pants to look more professional. There was a lot of noise in the building and the music being played was very ethnic and not very relaxing. The student sitting next to me was just looking on her phone for 2 hours & even swore many times while talking to others...Not very professional at all. These girls need to be more courteous as they will be moving into the workforce very soon with little skills of professionalism. Over all, a nice color but I'd never go back. I'd rather pay twice as much and not have to deal with immaturity.

I got my hair colored and cut by Claudia, and she was amazing! Definitely will be returning to her in the future. She is so personable and nice.

There was an emergency in building.. the instructor tried to hurry my processing of color! It was not adequate and I had almost no highlights at all!Very disappointed..$65 for something I could have gotten with peroxide brushed thru my hair!
