Being a home owner of 15 years, I have had an unfortunate experience/situation. My service line had a gas leak, called people’s gas and of course, they had to shut the gas off until repaired. Not having the proper insurance, I was left to pay for the repair myself. The gentleman from the gas company had given me Tyler Bartolommeo card. I called, it went to voicemail, but he did call me back within 20-30 minutes, I explained what happened and what needed to be done, he had given me quote in a timely manner. These guys are great! We contracted another company (big mistake) to move a gas line in our kitchen and they ended up causing a bad leak that got us Red Tagged by the gas co. People's Gas recommended we call Bartolomeo and Tyler had someone to our house within the hour! They spent their evening correcting the damage to get us up and running safely. Could not be more thankful for them and their great work on such short notice!!

Really quick. Called around 11am, got a call back around 12p that someone would be out (I think his name was Brandon). At 1p the plumber was at my house and he was done by 1:45p. Educated me on how to avoid that type of clog in the future and wasn’t condescending about it, which I appreciated because sometimes people just aren’t taught about certain things that should be common sense.
