All the staff here are very friendly, and the waiting time isn’t long. Our dog has never shown any unusual reactions after getting shots and coming back home. It’s much better than those chain hospitals. The front desk staff in particular are very kind and friendly, and I feel completely comfortable leaving my dog in their care.
I’ve been visiting AVH for many years. Took care of my older pets that have passed on and now I have two new dogs ages 3 and 4 To keep me company. Tech are friendly and the vets take great care of my babies.
Our Vet Tech, Doctor, and the staff in general could not have been more kind or patient with our recently adopted (and very scared) rescue puppy. Made it through our first check up and round of shots much better than expected. It's also a brand new, spacious, clean facility.
