I had a very disappointing experience with AMS Consulting Group, LLC and would strongly caution others before using their services.
Two years ago, I provided all of my tax documents and information on time, expecting my return to be filed properly. Instead, my preparer filed for an extension without consulting me or even notifying me. That alone was concerning, but the situation became significantly worse when the extension deadline was then missed entirely.
