Left two voicemails for Brandon and never got a call back to begin services. Disappointed with the initial customer service. However, Brandon did call me back after leaving the review and apologized and explained that he was out of the office this time. My parents had used your services several years ago in estate planning. After my mother passed away, we needed to have an Inheritance Tax return filed.
