One of the best doctors I've been to, but the staff are nearly impossible to get ahold of!
I've been trying to call their office to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks, and it always goes to an answering service, and no one calls me back! And MyChart doesn't seem to work for messaging them either (I keep getting errors).
It's been like this ever since they changed their call-tree to remove the option of contacting the front desk, and instead, route you to either a health coach, or a nurse (neither of whom are there, and I doubt they're even getting my messages)

Love love love this place. Dr Brown is awesome. The whole crew is great. Very smart people and I never had a long wait to be seen. They have taken good care of me! I highly recommend them.
I was kinda thrown off a bit when I went in for lab work and was told they “usually” only do them for appointments. So, you could have? This has my primary doctor’s office for the past three years so thought it wouldn’t be an issue since I have them done there all the time. However, they did provide me with other locations I could go to, which I did and was, literally, in and out at the other location in under 5 minutes. I miss Dr. Bernie Simmons as my primary doctor but Dr. Brown has been great so far. The staff are okay. I just felt, given that there were hardly anyone in the office at the time, they could have brought me in for labs but oh well.
