I actually have found them to be very responsive and give great care over the past 5 years. I have had several same day visits with no problems. They are always kind and accommodating in person as well.

Doctors are great, less 1 of them who I’d prefer not name, who we try to avoid. Overall a good experience!

I will note, be prepared to be on hold for a LONG time. I’d need two hands to count how many times I’ve been on hold for well over 20 minutes waiting to make an appointment.

I have gone here since I was 4? I am now 20.
Dr.turnello has given me the best care possible.
They get me in the same day I call and they work their butts off to help.
He found a mass behind my eye even when I was there for something else.
He noticed I had pots and sent me to get it diagnosed and treated
He helps me through my crohns flares and is just so good. It’s heartbreaking I have to leave but I am so thankful for him and the wonderful nursing and MA staff ?
