Pediatrics South provides good care for children, with great doctors and a convenient location. They are able to accommodate same-day visits for sick children. While the facility may not be upgraded, the staff is caring and responsive to emergencies. Some patients have had positive experiences, feeling treated like their children are being cared for like their own. However, others have reported issues with the front office staff, citing a lack of kindness and respect, particularly in emergency situations. Despite this, the doctors and nursing staff are generally wonderful and willing to listen to concerns. Overall, Pediatrics South is a good option for pediatric care, but may benefit from improving their patient service.
Wish the facility was upgraded, but always receive good care for my 2 kids. They’ve always been able to accommodate us for same-day sick visits. Great doctors and convenient location.
I have a 3yr at old and have loved my experience up until a week ago.I called in because my 3yr old put a foreign object in our newborns mouth while I wasn’t looking and he said she swallowed it, when I asked him what he did. I panicked, called Pediatric South and they encouraged me to come in right away since the baby was super fussy.I’m scared the whole drive. I get there, I walk up to a window because I can’t think straight but after entering the downstairs office I went to the window on the right and not the left. Within the first week of moving to the area, both of my kids needed to be seen and we were able to get same day sick appointments. Both providers were amazing and we barely waited to get into the room either time. Very thankful for the care we received here so far.
