The young blonde woman went so far out of her way to help me when she really was not obligated to, and she was so patient with me when I couldn't figure out how to find old emails on my phone. After getting turned away from two other fingerprinting locations, I left the city to give one last try at this AAA location. Even though there was a sign saying walk-in fingerprinting service was closed for the day, she offered to open it up for me. I highly recommend going here over any of the UPS locations (UPS's fingerprinting hours are super limited and unlisted, and it's really hard to get in contact with them).

Everyone that we have dealt with at the McKnight rd office has been great! From Calin, the branch manager to Amy who helped us change the car titles, everything was smooth and easy. Megan in the travel department helped us plan a trip to Croatia. Her knowledge and expertise made this so easy and simple. Everyone in this office is pleasant, friendly and helpful.
