Chuck did an AMAZING job with our backsplash! We have been renovating for months and I still don’t have updated photos of the whole kitchen but he was quick, efficient, did an impeccable job and was so wonderful to work with ☺️ he and Kelly and the kindest people and will go out of their way to make sure you get the product you want!

I have used Family Floors in my own home for a kitchen remodel as well as custom carpeting up my stairs. I have also referred them to other family members. Chucks attention to detail, friendly disposition and knowledge of the business leave you worry free. Not to mention his kind and friendly attention to the family pets. I would easily refer Chuck and Kelly over and over. It's hard to find a family businesses that can compete in today's crazy world - somehow, Family Floors has done it!

We had outdoor carpet replaced on our patio and front porch. Chuck was great in assisting me to select the best carpet and color for both areas (I'm color blind and wife wasn't home). They did an excellent job installing the carpet. I would highly recommend!
