Everything went very smoothly. Eric helped me find the perfect flooring for my home and made the purchase process easy. I had to return several days later to pick up the product because of vehicle issues. The warehouse staff was ready for me when I arrived to pick up the product and even helped me load it in my vehicle. About a week after I picked up the flooring, the crew came and installed it. They did a meticulous job. They cleaned everything up and even mopped my new floor before they left. Great experience.

Quality selection of flooring materials, better than the big box stores but what really sets them apart is the knowledgeable A+ customer service. They know more about flooring than just pointing you to the isle. We re-did my father's floor and the quality is top notch!
