We were favorably impressed from day one with our experience. First, the senior arborist arrived on time to evaluate the tree situation and give an estimate. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the tree to diagnose its condition, but, unlike the two other companies we encountered, he patiently answered a ton of questions. What is the exact tree cutting process? How would the large equipment affect my driveway, my lawn etc. There were also follow-up texts from me, with more questions. Before I signed the agreement, I was made 100% confident about what would take place. When he and the crew arrived on the big day, I witnessed perfection --- as everyone did their job to safely remove this skyscraper tree! I should mention the price was good as well. We are enthusiastically compiling our list of future tree projects for them to do.
