“We had a tree come down in the high winds last night after 9pm. It stretched across some of our road and landed, partially, on one of our cars.Rich was on the phone, emailing/texting to get us fixed first thing in the morning. All the paperwork was sent out immediately. He also advised us on what to do next.Rich kept us updated about arrival times and answered more of our questions about next steps.Franko arrived early in the morning and took care of everything, in short order.You wouldn’t have even known there was a tree there with all the clean-up he did.
