They have the absolute best expertise and ratings with Generac. I inquired about their annual service agreement and provided the needed information, all online and the next week one of their experts was scheduled to do the spring maintenance. I received great communication to let me know when he would arrive and he was on time and he got right to work and did the needed maintenance on our unit. Now is it in great shape and ready for any emergency. I feel better knowing it has been maintained by a pro and that I have a company ready to support me should something break, etc. I will recommend M.T. Ruhl to my neighbors who have similar units.“
