It was very easy to schedule the appointment and I received a text from KB Electric when Dave was on his way and I also received a phone call from Dave giving me his time of arrival! “Starting from my request of service with Kathy of West Carver Electric, I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience, Kathy listened to my request of what I wanted to get done and with her Pleasant demeanor she was able to put everything into motion and make things happen- she definitely had the pulse of the situation! “My technician was Ed Fooks and he was wonderful!
After a complete power outage in my home, he came and spent four hours doing troubleshooting and realized that the problem was outside and probably underground, causing unequal voltage in the neutral coming into my house –and that it was a PECO problem. He was even willing to speak to the PECO repairman to explain what he found.
He came back several days later to replace a bad circuit breaker switch. Now everything is back to normal and I appreciate the personal service he gave me to make things right.“

“It was Friday night at like 530 and I’ve lost power to part of my house and I wasn’t sure what was going on. I gone over to the circuit breaker and flipped everything on and off and still couldn’t get the power back on on the one side. I called a few places and everybody was closed at the end of the day on Friday and then Brian picked up.
