Generac maintenance. The generator engineer was very courteous and knowledgeable. It has been some time since I purchased a battery, but $209 seems overpriced. My rating on response time is based on the fact that the service was scheduled for a Friday, then rescheduled for the following Monday. No service was performed on Monday and no notice given. Serviceman arrived unannounced the next day.
We contracted MT Ruhl for the maintenance of our Generac whole house generator after our installer closed their business several years after installation. We couldn’t be happier with the service we receive. We receive reminders about recommended maintenance and the office staff is phenomenal. We would, and have, recommended MT Ruhl for your house generator needs.
I had a generator installed and this was one of 3 businesses that I reached out to. Communication was great and the installation went smoothly. I definitely recommend and will be reaching out for additional services provided by this company.
