We recently held my late wife Maureen's funeral service at Campbell-Ennis Klotzbach Funeral Home in Phoenixville PA. I met with Andy Klotzbach on a couple of occasions prior to the funeral. I came away feeling a true sense of caring from Andy and appreciated the continuing support from the entire staff. They provided a setting for our Pastor to deliver a poignant service and had the ability to create a video montage which captured Maureen's love of family and passion for life. I believe these experiences helped lighten the difficulty of the day for Maureen's family and friends including me her husband John. Andy and Josh were helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. They made everything so simple and we didn't have to worry about anything. Their follow thru and communication was excellent and I knew whatever I needed they would be there. They did services for my mom and dad and quite a few relatives over the years and I would highly recommend them. My mom looked so beautiful and it was a nice memory to have of her. Her makeup and hair was perfect and everyone that viewed her was very pleased.
From my first meeting with Josh to the day of my husband’s memorial service I knew I had made the right choice. Having worked with John and Andy on a professional basis I knew about the care, comfort and compassion they had shown other families and it held true for me as well. Our situation was unique in that my husband passed in Nevada but Josh’s assistance and guidance throughout the entire process was invaluable.
