We recently held my late wife Maureen's funeral service at Campbell-Ennis Klotzbach Funeral Home in Phoenixville PA. I met with Andy Klotzbach on a couple of occasions prior to the funeral. I came away feeling a true sense of caring from Andy and appreciated the continuing support from the entire staff. They provided a setting for our Pastor to deliver a poignant service and had the ability to create a video montage which captured Maureen's love of family and passion for life. I believe these experiences helped lighten the difficulty of the day for Maureen's family and friends including me her husband John. I want to thank all of the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home staff for their wonderful service and caring. You handled everything beautifully... Sincerely John and Michael
JOSH REALLY CLICKED WITH US. WE APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY AND HOW MUCH HE REALLY UNDERSTOOD OUR NEEDS. IT WAS HARD ENOUGH LOSING OUR ONLY CHILD TO CANCER AFTER A HARD-FOUGHT 7-MONTH-BATTLE BUT JOSH AND GREG MADE US FEEL RESPECTED AND CARED FOR. THERE WAS A FUNERAL PARLOR ONE MILE FROM OUR HOUSE BUT CHOSE CAMPBELL ENNIS AND KLOTZBACH BECAUSE OF THE COMFORT LEVEL WE FELT WITH THEM. HE WAS ALSO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL AND VITAL TO OUR NEEDS WITH SEVERAL OTHER THINGS WE NEEDED AND CONTINUES TO HELP ME WHENEVER I HAVE A QUESTION THAT NEEDS ANSWERING OR ANY OTHER GUIDANCE. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
My mother's review of the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home after my father's funeral: The Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, particularly, Andy Klotzbach, went above and beyond to help our family create the most beautiful, meaningful and touching tribute to the memory of my husband and the father of his eight children. They arranged for an Army Honor Guard; a twenty-one gun salute by the American Legion; and remarkably, even managed to provide a Dixieland Jazz Band to play the music my husband loved growing up in New Orleans. He was accompanied to his final resting place to the strains of "A Closer Walk With Thee" and "When The Saints Go Marching In". It was a remarkable Celebration of Life for a very remarkable man. With Sincerest Gratitude, Mrs. Raymond M. Catton
