Work done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. $500 price tag for less than half an hour's work (really only 15 minutes!) means I'll need to comparison shop next time, for sure.

Very satisfied with Zoom Drain ! Was a referral but I was a little apprehensive, but I’m glad I called! In a major snowstorm they came right away and was early! I appreciated the conversation and answered my questions. Two very nice gentlemen, Mike Sweeney and another man , sorry I didn’t get your name! Thank you, thank you for your help!! Every homeowner's nightmare is to see water coming up through the basement drain. And nothing is more satisfying then seeing the water go back down after the zoom drain technician does his job. Cody really new what he was doing and was very friendly and professional. I totally understand why this company has such high ratings. I highly recommend them. It's nice to know if you have a plumbing emergency their is a professional and reliable company to call.
An update, had to have the company back out after a couple of weeks because things backed up again. Seems a lot of the stuff they initially dislodged was pushed down the pipe and caused another... read full review
