Free pickup and delivery. Always on time. Called to offer repairs and did them well. Always reliable and they do a great job. I have a dog and I need frequent cleanings. I highly recommend them!
We have used Zakian for many years. They are on time to pick up our rugs and on time to return them. They offer various types of services as add-ons, but they do not push them. We think they do quality and careful work cleaning our rugs and they are our go-to people. Some of their competitors are absolute crooks. We think these people are the best.
Had a 20+ year old rug repaired and cleaned. It came out beautifully! We will be using them again. In addition, the delivery men are very nice and polite and knowledgeable. All around great experience.
