Have used Zakian multiple times. HOWEVER….the last time the rugs were nearly destroyed. They are stiff, dull and dead looking. I am afraid to send them back to make things worse, these are good rugs…family owned since 1938. I am heartbroken.

Free pickup and delivery. Always on time. Called to offer repairs and did them well. Always reliable and they do a great job. I have a dog and I need frequent cleanings. I highly recommend them!
