I had a really great alignment focused class with Alex! She was so nice and encouraging. I loved the playlist (lots of Hozier!) and can’t wait to add this Sunday 12:30pm class to my weekly roster in addition to the restorative class during the week. I love the offerings of different focuses and intensities for whatever your body needs! I got the Black Friday buy 10 get 6 free deal and I’ll absolutely be using them up asap

I've only been a student here for about a month but it's been such a great experience! The staff is friendly, the space is clean and welcoming, the classes have all affected me very positively. Highly recommended!

I love Yoga Six! Every class I take is amazing. It's my favorite studio in the city ? My favorite classes are Friday morning Hot Yoga with Sarah M and Monday evening Restore with Diana. Would highly recommend!
