I had a Priority Pass for the Zero Gravity chair today and I had such a great experience! Farah at the front was so helpful and made sure multiple times that I was getting the massage that felt best for me. She even changed it for me without hesitation her customer service really stood out to me! The spa was also clean and welcoming. I highly recommend the Zero Gravity Pass here, it’s definitely worth it!
That was the best experience EVER. I really needed to loosen up my shoulders and neck and Cassandra, the beautiful, funny, kind woman up front, was very inviting and made sure that I and the two other people who were with me, were taken care of perfectly. The massage chairs are great and the masseuse was incredible as well. Highly recommend. Completely worth the money.
