Best customer service ever !!! I am a DIYer and needed a few long pieces of lumber in a non-standard size. I spoke to Yessenia on the phone who told me that she could get it done. John got the cuts done quickly and Malcolm went well above and beyond by spending quite some time securing the wood to the top of my minivan. Super Super impressed - thanks so much !!
Honestly was exceptional service from dealing with the salesperson at the store, to communications with the driver en route to delivery , and upon arrival for the delivery . Home Depot or Lowe’s will no longer be receiving my orders . Thank you guys @Woodland . Very professional . Don’t let the location of the supply store change your mind .!!!!!!!!
I deliver to this place a week ago I was going to leave a 3 or 4 star review just because were this place sit in Heart of Philly but the people were there were so friendly and helpful,it was quick unloading and when the guy finish unloading me two of them walk out in street and block traffic just to let other truckers know if you pull in you have to back out anyway good folks there can't say that too often delivering in the Northeast all the time lol
