The store is bright beautiful, clean. Had a large selection on hand. I had a good experience. Brian who helped me order my glasses was a Professional, Very courteous, kind. He also smelled good like Heaven, like really good. I thanked him for the great experience.
Your store was closed yesterday 09/24/2022 during normal business hours. No sign on the door and no one answered why you were closed during peak hours. I told the guy today the store was closed yesterday and that's it. He offered no explation or apology whatsoever. I only went downtown for the sole purpose to get my glasses and ended up on a dummy mission wasting time, gas and parking money. I generally have great customer service here, so please do better.
After finding out they did not have what I was looking for, Jack, the sale assistant literally started Googling other places and called 3 different competitors to see if anyone can help. It was truly incredible to watch. And after all this, he ended by giving me precise instructions on how to get there.I probably received one of the best customer service I ever experienced at this store today. I work in the hospitality industry myself, and we always talk about putting the customers first, but Jack is setting the bar to a new level.
