I had a wonderful experience at my appointment today. I got a wax done, my eyelashes were tinted and I got my eyebrows waxed. The staff were friendly and ensured I felt comfortable the whole time. The location is also great as they have parking available as well. Already booked my next appointment; will always recommend. Also recommended Aylanna!

Most of the technicians there are friendly and for the most part receptive to feedback. They seem to move quickly on weekends to get you in and out. This is a pod thing for people who want to be serviced promptly and get in and out. However now that I’ve been there for at least 6 months now, I notice over time that the front desk can sometimes be stand offish and dismissive. Also, There should be signage posted about he grace period, what it means, and what the consequences are if not on time. I was 5 minutes late n assigned a different tech who was very professional pleasant and kind yet not as skilled as my normal one. I was glad to be able to be serviced but the service just wasn’t as thorough and efficient as when my former tech does it. I think it should be considered that people who have a specific tech they wanna see should be able to be accommodated, even w the grace period applied, as the location itself is a high traffic high volume area w lots of accidents nearby all times of the day. That should also be taken into consideration in terms of appointment times and having the tech you requested.
