Good place to get a haircut. It's just in an iffy neighborhood. I grew up there, so it doesn't bother me.

Clean quick courteous service if you can get past the zombies camped outside on the sidewalk. Maybe the new democrat mayor of Philadelphia might help but I seriously doubt it ?
