The exam is thorough, with everything clearly explained without feeling rushed. Staff are always helpful, professional, yet friendly, solving vision problems quickly. They are clear about any out of insurance charges and spend time walking through glasses. Everyone is super nice, lovely, and good at their jobs, with no-pressure guidance.

Everyone here was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Miss Dawn and Mr. Jahan helped me find the right frames, and Jahan deserves a special shout-out because he spent what felt like an hour patiently going through frame after frame with me. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was being a difficult customer. Apparently, “Can I see that one again?” for the 47th time is a perfectly reasonable request here. 😂
