I have had A LOT of electrology, both good and bad and Kathleen is one of the best practitioners I've ever seen. She actually TREATS you hair follicle and doesn't pull the hair out before it's treated. This is how electrology is supposed to be done yet so many fail to even meet this standard. I travel to see Kathleen from NYC because I can guarantee that I will be seeing a competent electrologist. I really recommend her especially for anyone who is seeking RESULTS. I'm excited to finish up my hair removal journey with her.
I love Zapster! Kathy always takes good care of me. I don't love being zapped but I love getting rid of my facial hair! Kathy always makes sure I'm comfortable and makes getting zapped as pleasant as possible.

Just a little prick, not too bad
Got rid of some of the worst hairs on my face today
No pain afterwards and I don't think I'm going to have much if any inflammation
