Went in for a consultation, and Isabella was brutally honest about why Zapster would NOT be right for me. She had nothing to gain from telling me not to use her services except the fact that I would make the right choice. 5 stars for a business that truly cares about the community.
My first electrolysis appointment at Zapster this morning & I’m Team Isabella. Sick of dealing with stubborn menopausal facial hair. Laser treatments >20y ago only got me do far & seemed never-ending.
Isabella was very kind and is an expert practitioner.
Will checkin with her in a month in case of new growth.
I have had A LOT of electrology, both good and bad and Kathleen is one of the best practitioners I've ever seen. She actually TREATS you hair follicle and doesn't pull the hair out before it's treated. This is how electrology is supposed to be done yet so many fail to even meet this standard. I travel to see Kathleen from NYC because I can guarantee that I will be seeing a competent electrologist. I really recommend her especially for anyone who is seeking RESULTS. I'm excited to finish up my hair removal journey with her.
