Isabella is great. I have been going to her for a few months, and I like the way my annoying hair growths have been responding to her treatments. I go to have my face treated for a couple small patches of hormonal hair growth I have (upper lip mostly, and some on my chin). I still have a couple of stubborn hairs I’m working on, but I’m seeing progress! Before coming to Isabella, I was being treated by someone else in Pittsburgh when I lived there. I’ve been going to Isabella for electrolysis treatments for almost a year now and I couldn’t be more happy with the results!Previously, I was getting only thermolysis at another place but my results were not as much as I had hoped.Isabella took the time to explain to me the difference between thermolysis and the “blended method” which works better for people with coily hair/ POC like mine! Lo and behold a year later, I shave less frequently between sessions, my dark spots from years of ingrown hairs are disappearing and I feel a regained confidence!

I’ve been going to Isabella for a year now, starting with laser and finishing with electrolysis. The results have been instrumental in my transition and I couldn’t be happier! Isabella is a pro through and through, and a talented clinician. She gives an honest projection of results over the course of treatments. She covers a lot of ground in one electrolysis session, and it’s as comfortable an experience as these procedures can be.
