We have used TTR for several years now for our IT support and VoIP services. They’ve always been extremely responsive and met all of our IT needs. We recently needed help with our hardware (desktops and server) when we replaced our carpet. Technician Eli was outstanding in both the shutdown of hardware and the startup early Monday morning. He took extra steps to make sure everyone was up and running before he walked out the door. He was back again at our request on Friday to relocate our server to another office. Great job!
I was struggling with how slow all my programs have been and then Douglas showed up with my new computer and walked me through everything. He was VERY patient with all my questions and making sure all my programs are working!! Cant recommend them enough - super professional and attentive!
