Top Tails took excellent care of my two sphynx cats, PIMMEE and Billie-Jean, while I was away. I received daily photos and updates that honestly made my day, and communication was always quick and responsive.
When I returned home, the place was spotless and the cats were calm, happy, and clearly well cared for. Their routine was followed closely — treats, wet food, and even oral medication were given without issue.
Most importantly, I could tell PIMMEE and Billie received real attention and first-class care. I would absolutely trust Top Tails with them again.
Top Tails is wonderful! They really take the time to get to know my dog and what makes him comfortable and happy. They communicate very effectively too. I am so grateful to have them as part of my care network for my dog, especially when I have to work all day or be out of town. Highly recommend their services.
Tanya is amazing! I was nervous to hire a walker but I knew I wanted to meet with Tanya, as she has over 20 years experience in the pet care business. After meeting with her, all my nerves melted away with her warmth and experience. She connected with my pup right away and he was always happy to see her. The updates and photos from walks was always a highlight to my husband and my workdays. We were so happy he could get out of the house on days we had to be in the office, especially with someone so conscientious.
