Vicror nd his wife are really good and the price is great. I used to go to one of those salons that give you a drink when you get there. They charged 50$ for a haircut. Top Cut cuts my hair just as good maybe even better for 15$ and hardly any wait time when coming in as a walk in. Best place to get your haircut if you are in center city / chinatown area of Philadelphia!

Male. Got a quick haircut for $20. It was fast. Didn't even realize it was over. The barber claimed to have 40+ years of experience! I added $5 for a wash which included a *divine* head massage. In total I paid $30 including tips.

When I got home, I realized there were a few strands of uncut, uneven hair near my ears. Maybe the barber didn't see them due to his old age. I used a razor to remove then.

I am over an hr away but when i do visit Chinatown i make sure i get a hair cut here. Hes great, came a few times never disappointed :-). Fast but good..... i always look younger when i came out
