I ordered flowers for delivery as a surprise for the opening of my husband's new business, which is in a large building with other offices/suites. There's no doorman or reception (just an intercom/buzzer system), so I noted in my instructions for the delivery person to call me and I'd meet them outside to pick up the flowers.
