    The woman that did my nails asked me if my leftover red gel polish was blood? Lol ok then she criticized my nails and said “very thin nails” and then when i asked her to file my thumb more she said sorry they are already too short. She kept on making weird mean comments and i finally said please stop talking about my nails its making me uncomfortable. Then when it was done she said my thumbs weren’t dry and it was my fault bc i didnt put my hands in all the way i said yes i definitely did. I checked multiple times amd was literally staring at them. Very bad service my hands looked worse leaving

    This nail salon does very nice designs but I’ve never had to wait so long in my life for my nails. Let me preface this by saying I asked the nail tech before if they had time for a pedicure and refill with a design. The salon was empty at the time I entered which was 3:40pm. I spent a total of 5 hours in the salon first getting my pedicure which was a normal hour long service. Then I had to wait 40 min even though I arrived earlier then most of the people who were serviced before me , when I tried to leave because I thought it was a waste of time at this point , I was told I only had to wait five more minutes and so I waited again just to sit for another twenty . Finally when I was in the chair I sat for 3 hours for a refill and a design. Just for my nap to fall off 2 days later. I wanted to give the salon another chance because I know life can get busy so I tried to go in to get it fixed but when I did that once again I was told a false time and ended up waiting double the time. This time I just left because I knew I’d be disappointed again. I don’t recommend this salon at all.

    I love this nail salon! The place is clean, cozy, and the technicians are so professional and gentle. My nails always turn out perfect and last a long time. Definitely my go-to spot!

    Spa services are meant to be relaxing, not frustrating. I normally never write reviews, but I’m genuinely unhappy with the service I received. The final straw was when one of the staff complained that we didn’t tip enough — in Chinese — assuming we couldn’t understand. The tip we left reflected the service we received.
    My friend and I booked in advance and even called to confirm our appointment time. We had scheduled the 70-minute Thai Hair Therapy and arrived on time. However, we were asked to wait because they were short-staffed. The place was practically empty, with maybe three staff members working.
    After waiting over 30 minutes, someone finally took me back for my eyebrow wax, then told me to return to the waiting area. We were eventually called for our spa service around 5:30 PM — an hour past our scheduled time. The staff member who assisted us didn’t even know what service we had booked. When I explained it was the 70-minute hair therapy, she asked if we could do just 45 minutes instead because they were busy. She left several times during the beginning of the session, and we were just lying there waiting.
    Eventually, she said she could do the full 70 minutes, but by then we had already been waiting so long that I agreed to just do 45 minutes. She started on my friend first, and I ended up lying there for at least 15 minutes before another staff member came to work on me. I can’t speak for my friend’s experience, but my attendant was extremely rough while washing my hair — her nail actually scratched my scalp, and I had to ask her to be gentler.
    After the head spa, they moved us to the room next door to dry our hair, but there was only one chair. My friend went first, so I sat on a cushion chair for another 15 minutes with wet hair waiting. The person who had been working on me left, so the lady drying my friend’s hair ended up drying mine too. She rushed through it, and my hair was still damp. When I asked to use the dryer myself, she came back and offered to help, but at that point, the experience was already frustrating.
    I have nothing against small businesses — in fact, I really liked the interior and we were extremely courteous despite all the delays. However, the environment was loud, with a TV or radio news blasting, which made it far from the relaxing spa experience we expected.
    Overall, I’m very disappointed. I won’t be returning, and I highly recommend that management improve service quality and hire additional staff.
