I want to thank Christina Manderbaugh and her staff for the quality care I received last week. Christina is very caring, thorough and takes her time with her patients. She is easy to talk with and truly listens as well. The staff is equally exceptional! After I had read reviews last week regarding this practice, I almost chose another Urgent Care. I am so glad I didn’t pay attention to the negative reviews!!! Thank you so very much for the compassionate care I received last week!!!
This Temple ReadyCare is great. The physicians are kind and do their job with no problems. The only thing that made me rate 3/5 stars is that they take almost an hour after you’re in the room. Get food and water because you’re gonna hate everything after getting in that room. Also remember that if they say “this will take 8 minutes,” then they mean half an hour. I been going to this place since I was a kid and now I am 18 and if you’re wondering why I am still going there despite the long wait time, it’s because the people are kind and they just need to fix the wait time. Well they were nice, definitely rush me out the door and after they asked what pharmacy I wanted to go to I told them not to CVS I told them rite aid then when I get here to rite aid with my sick toddler the medicine is not here they sent it to CVS so now I need to Uber over there in the morning and waste morw money
