Fair Hill Community Physicians at Hunting Park - Adult Medicine

I came in for a appointment at 117pm I checked in sign my name I see they called everyone else inside I got left back so what’s the point of them telling you to come in 15mins early and no one calls me so I got up I left since they want to be talking in the front desk and not working

Absolutely the worst waiting system known to man. I dont know what's worst, waiting 4 hours after the appointment time or finally getting called to the back after the 4 hour only to add another 1.5 hrs in the room. Horrible service, currently changing insurance to avoid this evil place.

This office is extremely disorganized. I had a scheduled appointment at 10:00 AM, but was not seen until 2:00 PM. The lack of communication and respect for patients’ time was very frustrating.

Additionally, the professionalism of the staff especially the manager, Norma was disappointing. I found the behavior to be rude and unprofessional. Overall, my experience was very negative, and I would not recommend this location.
