I came in for a appointment at 117pm I checked in sign my name I see they called everyone else inside I got left back so what’s the point of them telling you to come in 15mins early and no one calls me so I got up I left since they want to be talking in the front desk and not working

Absolutely the worst waiting system known to man. I dont know what's worst, waiting 4 hours after the appointment time or finally getting called to the back after the 4 hour only to add another 1.5 hrs in the room. Horrible service, currently changing insurance to avoid this evil place.

This office is extremely disorganized. I had a scheduled appointment at 10:00 AM, but was not seen until 2:00 PM. The lack of communication and respect for patients’ time was very frustrating.
Additionally, the professionalism of the staff especially the manager, Norma was disappointing. I found the behavior to be rude and unprofessional. Overall, my experience was very negative, and I would not recommend this location.

Good Dr. Who doesn't respect people's time. If I have an apt for 10:30an and it's almost 12 noon and I am still the 3rd on the list to be seen, why call me to the back to keep locked in a little room for more than 1.5 hours waiting? The office needs a better system. Who wants to be sick and sit for hours on end? This is worst than standing in line for two hours to get on a 10 second ride at an amusement park. Don't make appointments then. Make it a 1st come, 1st serve type visit...

This place has amazing staffs and very clean. Dr. Rene Kessler is a great doctor and im glad I made the best decision by switching my family to him. Very professional and acknowledged all of our concerns. Thanks once again doc 🫶🤝

This place is by far one of the worst (if not the worst) doctor office I’ve ever been to! My mom used to take me there growing up (when they were at 9th and Luzerne). At any rate I stopped going there when I had a physical exam and waited 3 hours to be brought to the back and right after I was told to empty the room as someone jumped a lady that was there since 9am. Not my problem. The other day our gas was about to be turned off because of lack of payment as we have been experiencing financial hardship and I asked they completed a form for the gas company due to my dad’s condition. I was told they can’t complete the form! I questioned this because I worked for a doctor’s office and that was something we will do for our patients. I was told that the doctors do not like doing that! If there is a reason I am totally fine, but that your doctor doesn’t like doing it, is not an excuse. If you as a PCP will not do it, who would? Do yourself a favor and run away from the place as fast as you can!
Guess what? After the review I received a message to reach out to them which I did, guess who is still waiting for an answer? Submitted additional documents to get them to complete for disability, still waiting on those! I am not asking for them to fill the paperwork for free I am willing to pay, but bottom line is the doctors do not want to do their job and the front desk staff run the place like they own it! I’ve honestly never seen a place this dysfunctional

This place is by far the worst place ive ever had medical attention at! Elizabeth Corazo is so mean and takes forever. She knew a medication wasn't working for me and she still insisted in giving me it after me asking for it to be changed! I will not be going here for my own care. She has lost me as a patient already!

Dra Elizabeth Carazo is awful. She's taking 2 hours per patient this is abuse. How can you call service in this world? DON'T GO WITH HER, just don't. And on top of that she doesn’t have manners , shes mean. Also a few of the staff doesn’t work with the best actitud.

This place sucks don’t go there. They gave My Son an 8:30 AM appointment and it was 1030 and still wasn’t called he left he walked out.
