I love the eyebrows lady. That's all I will stick to. Got a half behind pedicure. Looks like a child did it. The guy with the purple hair is a joke, (Tony. He's scared to use the tool to get the ingrown nails and he can't polish. My nails are so clumsy and sloppy. Uneven, with nail polish all on the sides. Just terrible!

All customer service is okay, first time I got my nails done I asked for a full set acrylic with cat eye design which turned out to be really pretty but the opposite of what I asked for. My nails looked like a man nails, no offense. Secondly to fix the problems they made me pay morey25 on to for their mistake. Just remember when you get a full set with acrylic over there that it's not going to last a 2 weeks and it's going to be less than a week before your nails start falling off.

First and last time for sure. Nails look a week old, got cut on 3 separate fingers and polish is put on super thick lumpy and crooked 😔 my nails are filed so much on the sides that my fingers hurt. i probably shouldn’t have paid but two separate nail techs worked on me and I felt bad. But definitely won’t be returning.

I’ve been going to place for years. Always spend money over $100 no problem because I get what I want there far as nails. Last month I discovered a fungus on my right big toe and yes I was very upset. Partial of my toenail is gone due it. Not the end of the world I bought treatment for it, but unfortunately you can’t speak up for yourself in todays world. I come in there Friday not thinking or had a clue no one wanted to service me again ?? I guess I was supposed to jump for joy that partial of toenail is gone and is healing. When it was time to get my feet done, no one wanted to service me I mean no one not even Ann or T.I that hurt my feelings. Every since that day she been very rude to me. My nail tech had to do my feet, and eyebrows. That day September 22nd will be my last giving that place my money I pay at least $160-180 every month. For me to treated in such a way because I was upset about my toe is horrible. I came in there with good vibes because again I been coming for years and I don’t hate anyone there. No one should be getting their nails done crying. The way I was treated was not cool at all! I could’ve took legal suit against them but I didn’t because I love them but it’s clearly they didn’t feel the same. One incident cause them to turn away and treat me like I’m not a loyal customer. Plus the my lashes I stop getting them because August 26th I got them done the very next day left eye came right off. Yet I still was telling people to come there but no more I do so. Their customer service and customer care sucks. My daughter even comes with me since she was two years old but no more. We have to stop being loyal to places and people because of our comfortability.Services: Nail art
