I called at 6pm on Sunday night that my garage door wouldn't open. Much to my surprise Omar was able to come the same night and was here by 8:30pm! He thoroughly explained to me what the problem was and what parts needed to be replaced. He was wonderful about explaining so that I would understand what he would need to do. He had all the parts on his truck and in 45 minutes my garage door was working again and gliding beautifully. He was very polite and very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge freely.
