I posted a negative review about 4 hours ago. The owner saw the negative review, he contacted me researched the issue and immediately corrected it. I had a flat tire this morning right off the Platt bridge. The gentleman that towed my car was quick to respond and very professional. Made a hiccup in my day much less of a headache. Thank you!
