Terrible service, they towed my audi quattro with AWD on two wheels. I told them they could damage my differential and the two men there seemed to have nothing to say amd instantly lowered the car when i asked them why would they do that considering this is their job and they should have basic knowledge that AWD cars need to be towed via flat bed.

Lets me know that they either knew and didn’t care or they’re not good at their jobs if that isn’t common knowledge. Be careful with these tow truck companies. I would never deal with that

I was told by a detective that my car was at this location and it's not. The officers on the phone weren't helping at all and very rude. So now I have to be extra inconvenienced by reporting my car stolen and also I'm going to sue the city and police departments for their negligence.

Terrible towing company for triple a customers. Be smart when you hear their name and pass on them. Your call will re route to the que and you will get a reputable company. They tried to charge me $42 in tolls plus tip for the driver when I called Ez pass myself and they told me it’s $20 in tolls for both ways for a class 5 vehicle. They will rip you off. Don’t use. Complain to triple A. That’s all they service. They cannot get real customers. They are thieves. Stay away. They had to take down their google page, they are so bad!
