Neal Senior and his crew just finished working on my roof this afternoon. I can't say enough good things about this business. They promptly responded to me (Neal Junior is such a friendly person to speak to). They quickly sent two people to my house to look at my roof and see what needed to be done. I explained to Neal that I needed a work order drawn up so that I could submit it to my Home Owner's Insurance Company to prove to them that I was working on the problem and he got right on it. I had a wonderful experience with Spennato Family Roofing. Neal and his team were professional, honest, and reliable from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything, showed up when they said they would, and completed the work with great attention to detail. I told them exactly what I needed and no one tried to upsell me, which you don’t get much of these days.
The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and they left everything clean when the job was done. It’s refreshing to find a company that truly cares about its customers and stands behind its work.
