Neal Senior and his crew just finished working on my roof this afternoon. I can't say enough good things about this business. They promptly responded to me (Neal Junior is such a friendly person to speak to). They quickly sent two people to my house to look at my roof and see what needed to be done. I explained to Neal that I needed a work order drawn up so that I could submit it to my Home Owner's Insurance Company to prove to them that I was working on the problem and he got right on it. They worked around my schedule and before I knew it, my roof job was completed. Neal Sr. is a pleasant and easy person to talk to as well (I guess that's where his son got it from). They were professional from beginning to end. They answered all of my questions, cleaned up afterwards and took pictures of their work as they went along so that I can submit them to my insurance company. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. What a wonderful business to deal with!!
