    Extremely difficult & challenging class! But good news... they have modifications, so even out of shape, old people with back injuries like my self can still get a killer work out in!! It is mostly core concentrated, which is perfect for me trying to help with my back. It is a phenomenal workout for the most ripped, advanced, in-shape people & also great for beginners like me. Definitely try a few classes! You’ll be hooked!
