This place was decent, they took great care of my hair and was nice. But after going a few times, they either would never pick up their phone calls or would just say they'll call me back, but never did. I stopped going to this place because I'm not stressing myself to make an appointment. Unfortunately, haven't been back since.

The shampoo girl did not shampoo my hair correctly. While she was washing my hair I was being very attentive. I noticed she was only scrubbing my scalp and not lathering the rest of my hair. I tried to give her time to wash it (she was probably getting to it). But she was about to apply conditioner. I let her know she did not wash my hair so she went to wash it again and did the same thing. I then went under the dryer and she blowdried my hair. There was no smell coming from my hair (because she half-washed it). The stylist then styled my hair and was done. The next morning when I got out of the shower and removed my shower cap, scarf, and hair bonnet there was a bad smell coming from my hair. It was because she had not washed my hair properly. I had to cancel my plans for the day and stay home to wash my own hair that I paid $105 to be washed, trimmed, and styled. I'm calling when they open to let the owner know to get a new shampoo girl because either she's lazy or she just did not want to wash MY hair correctly. Either way I'm not letting her wash my hair again. And I'm asking for a refund. If they do not refund my money I'm going somewhere else because that is not good business.

Brhahahaha brhahahaha brhahahahaI called for a wash and set quote and they told me $125.00. For $125.00 I better be getting Steak and a lobster tail with that shampoo! ?

AMAZING.. the energy is serene and positive . Has stylist that can do any hair style your looking for, hiding your flaws, while engaging in healthy hair maintenance. I'm here to stay

What a pleasant experience from start to finish. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted with no appointment, seated and started with my service within 5 minutes by Naomi who was on the way out the door, but she took mercy on me and made my hair look great again with a wash and trim, and style. I will be back due to here awesome customer service as well as great shop atmosphere, comfortable for men and women!
