We moved from a large 3PL to Shipmate a couple of years ago, as we needed better agility and improved customer service. Shipmate did not disappoint. As a startup business, customer service (with our partners, and of course our final customers) is paramount, and Shipmate has been quick to respond and resolve the inevitable issues that arise on our business. Furthermore, we had a number of special projects and requests, and they are always willing to help and offer sound solutions.
We at UnderX have had the pleasure of working with Shipmate Fulfillment for over three years, and our experience has been nothing short of excellent. From day one, Brian (CEO) and Bill (COO) have gone above and beyond to ensure our logistics and fulfillment needs are met with precision and care.
