On time, welcoming greetings, cute week furnished waiting area. The chairs were even padded chairs. I was offered a refreshment. J. Pak, NP personally greeted and guided me to her office. She offered a seat on a blue velvet comfortable couch and proceeded to chat about my medical hex and my current concerns. Vital signs, prescriptions and referrals were completed. Walked me to the exit. What a pleasant and efficient experience! I was also told virtual appointments can be scheduled unless I have a physical concern and need to be examined.
