I needed new sewage drain pipes, which meant breaking up the basement floor and digging three separate trenches—one for rerouting the laundry drain, another for fixing a floor drain that was connected to a broken pipe, and a third to replace some old terra cotta pipe under the floor. Logan came out quickly to give us an estimate for a new shower installation, which was really helpful since we were on a tight schedule. He managed to fit us in the next day and got the whole job done in just a few hours. Logan was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about plumbing. It figures the problem with our sewer lift station happened late on a Friday! Our system serves a 16-bed facility and it’s not easy to find someone who handles these jobs, especially after hours or on weekends. Tucker came out the very next day, quickly figured out what was wrong, and got right to work. He realized extra equipment and a helping hand were needed, so he got the right support without wasting any time. The job was done fast and the fiberglass tank wasn’t damaged at all.
