The service I received was absolutely wonderful. The installation of my new heat pump required a partial ceiling removal, but the Sanks technicians handled it with patience, courtesy, and kindness. They were meticulous, even leaving the area tidier than they found it. Furthermore, the front office staff and diagnosticians were just as helpful and friendly. My building has just named Sanks as its preferred HVAC vendor, and after this experience, I completely understand why!
We have been having heating problems since February 7, 2026. My old Esso furnace is cutting off and needed maintenance and new parts. Tyler came in and fixed for now. Will be calling for estimate on a new heater.
Called early morning and the front desk had someone out same day to fix my heater when it went down the night before. The tech used supplies on hand to get me up and going. Dan was very nice, and professional. He got right to work solving the problem.
