I was extremely disappointed in a vase of flowers I received from your store. The flowers were already wilted and the roses were brown at the edges. It was obvious that old flowers were used. The arrangement was also poorly put together. This is not the quality I would have expected from a highly regarded establishment such as yours.

I can’t say enough about Robertson’s back-end order processing or the floral design or the very timely delivery. They did such an outstanding job across the board! In total, from picking out the floral arrangement to delivery of same was just over two hours. They were lightning quick but did not at all skimp on the design of what ended up being a gorgeous arrangement. The flowers used were high-end, absolutely beautiful, and arranged so nicely.
